How far in advance should I book my tour?

We recommend booking your tour as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular tours may sell out quickly, especially during peak tourist season.

What do I need to bring on the tour?

We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing appropriately for the weather. For the haunted tour, feel free to bring a camera—you never know what you might capture!

Do you offer discounts for large groups?

Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us directly to inquire about group rates and availability.

Are the tours family-friendly?

Yes, our historical tours are great for all ages. The haunted tours are also family-friendly, but please note that some younger children might find certain stories a bit spooky. We suggest parental discretion for children under 12. You know your kiddos better than we do. ;)

Where do the tours start?

All tours begin at 100 E Jefferson St at Possibilities, located in the heart of downtown Franklin. On street parking is available as well as several public parking lots.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes, we offer private tours for groups, events, and special occasions. Please contact us directly to arrange a private tour that meets your needs.

What happens if it rains or snows?

Our tours run rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. In the case of severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates are available and make a great gift for history buffs and ghost story enthusiasts! You can purchase them directly from our website.

Can I cancel or reschedule my tour?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to choose a new date.
